At Crochet India, every piece is handmade with care. As many of our products are individually crafted, preparation and delivery times may vary slightly from product to product.
Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are shown wherever applicable and begin from the date your order is ready for dispatch. For made-to-order or customised products, additional preparation time may be required.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, size and finish are natural and are part of the character of handcrafted work. These variations are not considered defects.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask you to share photographs of the product, its packaging and shipping label so that we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Changed Your Mind?
Eligible ready-stock products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customised, personalised and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
For an approved change-of-mind return, the cost of returning the product to us will be borne by the customer. Original delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
